Terms & Conditions — r678 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and r678 ("r678", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to, and use of, the r678 online gaming platform accessible at https://r678.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

r678 is an English-language online gaming platform designed and operated for Pakistani users. It provides access to casino games, live dealer tables and sports betting markets. r678 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and is not regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government body, or any Pakistani financial institution.

To register and maintain an Account on r678, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, and keep that information updated.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying r678 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring your contact email address remains active and accessible, as Account communications are sent to this address.

r678 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time and to suspend Account access pending completion of such verification. Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

In compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming standards, r678 requires Players to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals, and may require it before issuing bonus funds or accepting deposits above certain thresholds.

Documents that may be requested during KYC include, but are not limited to:

• A valid, unexpired Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — clearly showing full name, date of birth and ID number.
• Proof of address where required — such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months.
• A selfie or real-time liveness check matching the submitted identity document.
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot showing the account holder's name associated with a mobile wallet or bank account.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• The Player's Account must have passed all required KYC verification checks.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been fully met.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where required by AML policy.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold published in the cashier at the time of the request.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. These must be completed within any applicable time limits before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within a mandatory cooling-off period.

• Session Time Limits: Automatic session duration warnings and forced session-end timers.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of Account access for a defined period, after which the Account may be reopened.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the r678 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 18, or the applicable jurisdiction minimum age.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information or KYC documents.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including coordinating bets to exploit bonus systems or generate artificial results.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any other software that interacts with the Platform without authorisation.

• Abusing the bonus or promotion system through multi-accounting, pattern betting or any other identified abuse methodology.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory through the use of VPN, proxy services or other circumvention methods.
• Any conduct intended to defraud r678, other Players or any payment service provider connected to the Platform.

r678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Identity verification cannot be completed to r678's satisfaction.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A Player requests self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory obligations or court orders require Account restriction.
• The Player has not logged into their Account for an extended period of inactivity, as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon Account closure for cause, r678 will determine the treatment of any remaining Balance at its discretion in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, the nature of the breach and any outstanding compliance reviews.

A Player wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact r678 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any verified real-money Balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned via the Player's verified payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r678 and its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's own gambling decisions, including losses on casino games, sports bets or any other wagering activity.
• Technical failures, interruptions, connectivity issues or data transmission errors that affect gameplay or bet placement.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of sports data, odds feeds or game outcome information provided by third-party data partners.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, failed transfers or fee deductions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability in respect of fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the r678 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software and the overall design and layout — is the property of r678 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content without express written permission.
• Use any automated data extraction tools, scrapers or spiders on any part of the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the r678 brand name, logo or associated trademarks without prior written consent.

The collection, storage, use and protection of your personal data when using the r678 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, r678 collects personal data strictly for purposes including account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention and improvement of the player experience. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r678 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players based in Pakistan acknowledge that r678 is not licensed by any Pakistani authority and that by accessing the Platform they do so at their own legal risk. r678 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate, lawful or available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing the Platform under local law.

r678 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, r678 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.
